Extruder:
Parallel double screw extruder ischaracterized by high output and good plasticization. The vacuumexhaust improves the quality of the product. It can process varioussorts of plastic.
Meterpump:
The meter pump with excellent quality alloy steelguarantees stable melting pressure and flow.
Mould:
Moulds adopts high qualilty alloy steel and canmake the material flow distributes evenly in the mouth mould withhigh active restricting device.
Traction:
the cooling roller is of large diameter, lowtemperature and S type material discharge. It enlarges theimpulsive cooling area and shortens the length of the productionline. Rubber and steel rollers are equipped to realize traction,which guarantees the needed friction force, and the surface qualityof the sheet as well.
Coronatreatment:
It eliminates the static electricity on the surfaceand enlarges the surface tension which quanrantees the printingquality.
Doublestation winding machine
Two moment motors supply the power to the machine,and pneumatic shafts do winding work respectively.
